Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

To minimize our environmental impact, we do not accept returns. This helps us reduce carbon emissions associated with reverse logistics and avoid unnecessary waste.

 

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Products with packaging that has been torn open
  • Gift cards and items purchased on sale
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., selecting the wrong product or quantity) are not eligible for return or refund, as these are not due to any error on our part.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products in an order as long as the product has not been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot accept returns or process refunds unless the issue falls under the conditions stated above.
